Any refunds are subject to a post-return product inspection. If there are signs of premature wear or damage to the product caused by the customer then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
If you do experience issues with any purchases from us, let us know as soon as possible. We will advise from that point and do everything we can to help. We can’t be responsible for any damage or wear caused by a product being misused.
We currently ship to anywhere in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Mainland Europe. Please contact us if you live outside of these areas and are interested in our products, as it might be possible to arrange shipping to you.
